At Lecka, we don’t just talk about clean food—we prove it. We are proud to publicly share the microbiological, nutritional, and pesticide testing results for our energy bars and energy gels. While many brands claim to offer “clean” or “natural” products, few are as transparent as we are.
Our full test results are available on our Testing Page, so athletes and customers can verify for themselves that Lecka products are safe, nutritious, and free from harmful substances.
These tests are conducted at product launch and then repeated every two years to ensure long-term safety and consistency.
Each product line undergoes rigorous microbiological testing to detect any harmful microorganisms. For example, in our most recent test of the Cacao Banana Energy Bar, lab results confirmed zero presence of E. coli, Clostridium perfringens, coliforms, yeasts, molds, and other common pathogens. Total aerobic microorganisms were also not detected—well within safe food standards.
These results ensure that our products are microbiologically stable and safe for consumption, even in the demanding conditions athletes often face.
In addition to food safety, we test for nutritional accuracy and pesticide residues. Our certified lab reports confirm that our bars deliver exactly what’s on the label—like 7.02% protein, 19.1% total fat, and 52.2% carbohydrates for the Cacao Banana Energy Bar.
We also run pesticide screenings, such as our recent test of the dried mango used in Lecka bars, which showed all 243 tested pesticide residues as “Not Detected.”
This level of precision and transparency reflects our commitment to clean-label nutrition—fuel that supports peak performance without compromising on health or integrity.
